Ranger Candy Coffee Company is a veteran owned, premium coffee company. Our coffee is roasted in America to order, to ensure our customers receive the freshest coffee available. Taste America With Every Sip!
Where is my package?
When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us info@rangercandycoffeecompany.com
How can i change my order after it's been placed?
Due to how fast your order goes into production after placed, we can not change orders once they have been placed. This is to ensure that all our coffee is roasted and to our customers the fastest possible way with out any delays so your coffee is always fresh.
How to change subscription?
Subscriptions can be changed in your customer account, at the bottom inside your account you'll find a "Manage Subscription" button.

Shipping Policy:
**USPS is currently experiencing backlogsthat may result in extended shipping times. A "Pre-Shipment" status indicates that USPS failed to scan the package upon departure and is likely in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS if your shipment is taking longer than our estimate below.
All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS or UPS
& Delivered 2-7 business days from the day you receive shipping confirmation.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA ARE SUBJECT TO USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES
Once a coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Ranger Candy Coffee Company does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.
Ranger candy Coffee Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, held packages, packages returned to sender, and other shipping-related issues resulting from addresses being input incorrectly by the customer. Thank you for understanding!

- Due to the nature of consumer packaged goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out via info@rangercandycoffeecompany.com and we will do what we can to remedy the situation.
We have a "All Sales Final" Policy. Due to the nature of supplies & vendors changing, we do not give refunds or exchanges for any item unless its a fault by Ranger Candy Coffee Company.
